Are your products hypoallergenic?While we strive to use ingredients that are gentle on the skin, we recommend checking the specific product descriptions for detailed ingredients to ensure they meet your individual needs. How long will a candle last?Our soy candles typically last between 40 to 60 hours, depending on the candle size. To maximize burn time, trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each use and allow the wax to melt to the edges of the container during the first burn.

How do I best care for my soap?To extend the life of your soap, keep it dry between uses. We recommend using a draining soap dish and keeping it away from direct streams of water.

What is your return policy?Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for opened items. However, if your product arrives damaged or you are dissatisfied in any way, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order so we can resolve the issue.

How long does it take to ship an order?Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. Delivery time after shipping can vary depending on your location, but usually takes an additional 3-5 business days for domestic orders. We’ll provide you with a tracking number to follow your order’s journey to you.
