At North Cove Soapery, we pride ourselves on using only high-quality ingredients. Our candles are made with premium North American soy blend wax and poured in small batches to ensure quality. They feature captivating, phthalate-free fragrances, perfect for enhancing any ambiance. Our soy candles typically last between 40 to 60 hours, depending on the candle size. To maximize burn time, trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each use and allow the wax to melt to the edges of the container during the first burn.

To extend the life of your soap, keep it dry between uses. We recommend using a draining soap dish and keeping it away from direct streams of water.

We currently do not offer these services.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for opened items. However, if your product arrives damaged or you are dissatisfied in any way, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order so we can resolve the issue.

Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. Delivery time after shipping can vary depending on your location, but usually takes an additional 3-5 business days for domestic orders. We’ll provide you with a tracking number to follow your order’s journey to you.

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or the carrier’s website.

Currently, we ship only within the United States. We are working on expanding our shipping options and hope to offer international shipping in the future.
