**Shipping Policy**

**Processing Time:** All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends and holidays.

**Shipping Method:** We use standard shipping for all orders. After processing, standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days to arrive at destinations within the continental United States. Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur.

**Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking:** You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

**International Shipping:** At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States.

**Refunds:** Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

**Exchanges:** We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at our customer service address.

We will provide you with a return authorization and mailing address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
